Community Guidelines

Last updated: 8 July 2026

OURCPFC is built for Palace supporters who want real discussion, opinion, reaction and community.

These Community Guidelines apply to comments, Fanzone posts, threads, replies, profile content and any other community feature on OURCPFC.

  1. Keep it respectful

You can disagree with people. You can debate football. You can criticise performances, opinions, decisions and ideas.

But do not attack people personally.

Do not post:

  • abuse
  • threats
  • harassment
  • targeted insults
  • hate speech
  • discriminatory language
  • personal attacks
  • bullying
  1. No racism, hate or discrimination

There is no place on OURCPFC for racism, homophobia, sexism, ableism, religious hatred, xenophobia or any other discriminatory abuse.

This applies to comments about players, managers, fans, users, clubs, journalists and anyone else.

  1. No threats or violence

Do not threaten violence, encourage violence, celebrate real-world harm or post content that could put another person at risk.

  1. No doxxing or private information

Do not post someone else’s private information.

This includes:

  • addresses
  • phone numbers
  • private emails
  • workplace details
  • private social accounts
  • personal information shared without permission
  1. No impersonation

Do not pretend to be another person, a player, a journalist, a club employee, OURCPFC staff or another user.

  1. No spam

Do not use OURCPFC to post spam, scams, repeated links, fake promotions, unrelated adverts or low-quality repeated messages.

  1. Keep threads readable

The Fanzone is for conversation, not chaos.

Try to keep mini-threads on topic. Use General Chat for wider discussion.

  1. Strong opinions are fine

Football is emotional. Strong opinions are allowed.

You can say a player had a poor game. You can say a manager made the wrong call. You can disagree with an article.

But keep it about the football, not personal abuse.

  1. Moderation

OURCPFC may remove posts, hide comments, close threads or suspend accounts if we believe these guidelines have been broken.

We may also remove content that creates legal, safety, spam or site-quality concerns.

  1. Reporting issues

If you see something that should not be on OURCPFC, contact us through the Contact page.

  1. The simple rule

Talk Palace. Debate properly. Do not be a weapon.
